I am very disappointed with my Epiphanie bag I've been saving up forever for a pink Stella, and then they put them on clearance and I jumped at itEverything I've ever read before was that they were a reputable company with great customer service, and quality bagsSo I didn't worry about it, and ordered my bagIt's been problems ever since it arrivedFirst the strap was defective, so they had to send me a new one (and that took a lot to get them to respond to the email)Next after I'd had the bag weeks (at most), the stitching where the cross body strap attaches started rippingI emailed support (because they NEVER answer their phone), and they told me I could not return the bag, but I could exchange itI agreed, and mailed mine back (they won't send out the replacement till the first bag arrives)Per the UPS tracking, my bag got there a week agoBut they've not emailed/contacted me to confirm that it is there or tell me when I can expect my new bagI tried calling, I tried emailingand they've blocked me from their FB page (for posting about the defective strap)I'm pretty disappointedSo long story short, I won't be ordering from Epiphanie again

This was a final sale itemIt was listed in the mailer that went out, as well as on our websiteIt was also listed in the Terms of Purchase that are required to be agreed to, before a sale will go throughEven though it was a final sale, we did offer to exchange or replace the bag or offer a credit in the same amount

I am rejecting this response because: again this does not respond to anything in my complaint about the cheap knock off bags or advertising of what the bag can hold or deceptive pricing practicesWas the complaint even read? I do not trust these bags that fall apart in daysThey are not worth $If the bag was quality, I would accept this but I want my money backThese bags are cheap and found on amazonPlease actually read the complaint this timeI have enough evidence to suggest this business is shady and I do not trust their items

The bag received was the bag that was orderedIt was listed in places to be final sale, as well as in the terms that are required to be checked before a purchase can be madeEven though it was a final sale, as a courtesy, we offered an exchange or a store credit in the full amount of the bagWe have been in business since and cover all bags under warranty for up to a yearThe offer still stands, but is contingent on the results of the charge back dispute?

Everything I've ever read before was that they were a reputable company with great customer service, and quality bags. So I didn't worry about it, and ordered my bag.
It's been problems ever since it arrived. First the strap was defective, so they had to send me a new one (and that took a lot to get them to respond to the email). Next after I'd had the bag 2 weeks (at most), the stitching where the cross body strap attaches started ripping. I emailed support (because they NEVER answer their phone), and they told me I could not return the bag, but I could exchange it. I agreed, and mailed mine back (they won't send out the replacement till the first bag arrives).
Per the UPS tracking, my bag got there a week ago. But they've not emailed/contacted me to confirm that it is there or tell me when I can expect my new bag.
I tried calling, I tried emailing... and they've blocked me from their FB page (for posting about the defective strap). I'm pretty disappointed.
So long story short, I won't be ordering from Epiphanie again.
