1.  I did have several e-mails as I had lots of questions that they did not answer.   2.  The vido of Jodie and George M[redacted], Aug, 2011 are the same seminars that I did attend in 2010. this was the main edducation that workamper need to know what you can deduct.   3.  The refund doe not matter, the price of $1,550 is unreal and there was such a difference from 2015  to 2016 returns.  4.  How would a 74 year old person know what is on their PC,  (software and hardware) If I did not have these programs I could not print the returns.  5.  Page 11 that EPL sent to me I did not check the agree box s.  6.  I did ask for a supervisor  above Peter to call me and it was not done.  7.  I did send two pages of questions that I can not find and they would not send them back to me!  the second page is dated       has 10 quesstons that was n            1.  I did have several questions that where hardly never answered.  2.  the video that has Jodie and George M[redacted] 2011, is the same education I did receive at a seminar.  It is the education that workampers need to know what is duct able.  I did not care about the refund it is the $1,550 they charged me.  4. Hello Revdex.com,We did Judy's taxes, they are correct, she doesn't like the results. We will NOT manipulate or create information on any tax return to get a client a larger tax refund, which is what she wants us to do. We will not redo her tax return.Alex did help her with filling out the tax organizers....

We have had 14+ phone calls with Judy trying to answer her questions. We have had in excess of 127 emails and we have answered all of her questions. Again, she does not like the fact that she did not get a large tax refund. You will see, not only did we have 127+ emails with Judy, she also eSigned her eFile permission forms, our engagement letter and her tax returns (all signed electronically via email). So her comment that she doesn't have internet access doesn't hold much water. You will also see in the emails that we've answered her questions multiple times.We would be happy to send you the 127+ emails we have however your system has upload restrictions. See attached some of the correspondence and the call logs. We log all calls coming in & out and you can see we've had multiple conversations with her.We have done nothing but treat Judy with the utmost respect and have been diligent and professional with her requests.Judy's claims are ridiculous and we have substantial evidence supporting such claims.-EPL

Your taxes were not "filed wrong". The first time they were prepared, they were prepared correctly, with the information you provided us.Later, you brought in a form that you had not received at the time of the original filing. This was no problem and we amended the return for you. The amended...

return was also prepared correctly.When we mailed you the amended return to you, to sign and send in, you did not follow instructions. You tore the first page off of each return and mailed it in. This first page had the tax year as well as lines that are necessary to process the return.The manager did not yell at you, he only told you the conversation was over after a young man took the phone from you and threatened to get violent with us. We assume this young man was your boyfriend who, according to your father, has a long history with crime, drugs, and violence. For the safety of our staff, we found it necessary to decline any more services be provided to you. If we receive any additional threats, we will file an injunction against harassment with the city. If any more untrue, damaging statements about our company are made, we will take necessary legal action.
