Please BEWARE and stay away from this company! In the multiple years working in the fabrication industry I have never came across a company that show such lack of costumer service and very very misleading prices.

I contacted with them prior to purchasing with several references and illustration with dimensions - asked them review my order to make sure didn't miss anything. Chris Shane the representative reply that all I would need is to purchase the acrylic sheet and add the cutting cost listed below. Which I accidentally did mess up and selected the more expense cutting cost of 50+ cut ($50) compared to the circle charges of 25+ cuts ($10).

So I submit my proposal to my client which was accepted and placed my order. Come to find out the next day after I submitted my order, a Stephanie Hernandez informed they needed to add an addition $450 for CNC cost and 10-15 day turn around. Definitely information that you would think would me important especially in the fabrication industry. Not to mention, what does 25+ for $10 means? To me it mean if I purchase a sheet of acrylic and want 30 discs it should cost $10 or am I mistaken here?

Needless to say, I sent a response to Ms. Hernandez expressing my unhappiness with the situation and how this will effect my bid. No response after a whole business day and when I informed my client of the delay in delivery date he took his business elsewhere.

From trying to make a profit to losing business doesn't seem at all important to this company.

If you purchase from them good luck and beware of their practices or the lack there of.

Review: I ordered large acrylic mirrors because I believed them to be a safer alternative to glass in the dance studio I was building, which is what they are advertised as. And upon spending 1200$ and ordering them the sales rep knew the purpose I was using them for was a dance studio and said that as long as I mounted the mirrors on a flat surface they could be used. I did as they said and mounted them and they gave the funhouse effect... completely unusable in a professional dance studio. So I even went as far as to flatten the wall and try a very expensive mounting option to try to make them usable, nothing worked and they look awful. Now I am being told that since they have glue and holes on them, which were required to mount them in the first place like they told me I would have to do, they are un-returnable. I believe it was complete false advertising since they are sold as dance studio mirrors and are in no way usable for that, even with extreme measures.Desired Settlement: Complete refund and shipping charges paid.

[redacted],

First, let me apologize for this situation taking so long to come to my attention. There is a simple resolution that will

get you the results you were searching for – mirrors in a studio that don’t break – for safety.

I have attached our estimate for the thicker mirror and applied a full credit for the mirror already purchased.

You will have spent no additional money – as if you placed the original order for the thicker mirror.

I have also attached a picture of a large shed a customer covered in this same thicker mirror. You can see the reflection

is pretty good, but not perfect. The closer you get to the mirror, the better the reflection.

That said, plexiglass mirror is a reflective material and can never look exactly like a glass mirror. Our web site is very clear on this

and specifically recommends the thicker mirror for your application. See attached page.

It says: Use 1/4" mirror in a larger installation over 24"x24" and Theater and Dance Rooms: use 1/4" - keep in mind that the reflection

will NOT be as good as glass - but Plexiglass mirror would be used in this application for safety - not quality of reflection.

Reflection will only be as good as the flatness of the installation.

We have not had issues with installations using the 1/4” thick mirror – and [redacted], your sales rep, related the information

on the web site. You felt the thicker material was not in your budget.

At the end of the day, we are sure the thicker material will be acceptable and offer a full credit towards the correct material purchase.

Best Regards,

President
