We purchased polycarbonate panels, the crate arrived with no visible damage. After opening the crate we see that the crate has damage in the inside of the box which damaged some of the 12' panels. We took photos of the damage and sent them to the sales man at ePlast USA. To make a long story short, we should have had xray vision to be able to see inside the crate that had no visible damage and marked it as damaged. The manufacture does not take responsibility because they took pictures of the crate when they sent it, which by the way does not have any sort of patting on the edge of the crate. They charge extra for a crate fee but do not do a very good job. I would not recommend and would not buy from them again.

We're really sorry for the inconvenience. Everyday we thrive to support our customers in the best possible way.
After the customer contacted us, we've requested pictures from the manufacturers quality control dept. which showed pictures of the crate and contents intact and loaded on the trailer for shipment. We're able to determine the damage occurred during transit.
While our supplier makes everything possible to prevent these type of damages by placing items in wooden crates, sometimes that is not enough and we ask customers to always inspect the ordered material before signing the delivery receipt.
We offered to the customer replacement panels at our costs with the understanding the customer would have to pay for the shipping costs.

the items I purchased are crated and set to be delivered to my home. I have already PAID $330.00 for shipping and handling. They expect the customer to OFFLOAD the product from the delivery truck without a liftgate, nothing to lower it to the ground. I called asking for help with changing the delivery to a lift gate truck. They want an ADDITIONAL $75 to do this. They need to tell their CUSTOMERS plain and simple and UPFRONT that this is the expectation. I am so angry with them right now my head is going to explode. Now I have to take a day off work to be home for the delivery and how the heck am I supposed to get in and out of the back of a semi truck? I am a single 57 year old woman.

We talked with the customer and we've offered a free liftgate service that in this situation can exceptionally be added: crates longer than 8', cannot be offloaded from the truck by the delivery companies. They don't offer this option.

Delivery policy is specified at Checkout (before paying for the order), in the Shipping & Returns policy page, in the shipping notification email.

In any case, we'll make every effort to make delivery conditions even clearer.

Unfortunately we don't make the rules for the delivery of oversized items. Conditions are dictated by the Delivery Companies and we don't have any other option than to respect them.
