We had a deck built in July 2004 with Evergrain Decking by Epcoh. Our deck boards starting rotting two years ago. The paperwork I got from them said the materials had a ten year warranty. I called six months after the timeframe and they would not work with me because I had called six months past the 10 year period. It is obvious by the condition of our deck that the material was bad before the 10 year mark. The manager was very rude and did not want to help me in any way. I asked her about the company's website stating that their material was warranted for 20 years and she stated that it was for current material. I will never use this company's material again. No customer service integrity at all.
