Review: Hello,I made an online purchase through Etsy and everything was amazing until my item was supposed to be shipped. The seller lied, admitted to it and offered a $25 refund which I accepted. I submitted an honest review of my experience and received several emails from the seller requesting I change my review or talk it down and also stated she would give me another $20 dollar refund. I changed my review to state that she did request I take it down. She then sent me several other unprofessional emails attacking me personally. She also commented on my review that I provided inaccurate information and posted a personal attack on an Etsy forum. Thankfully, the other sellers suggested she remove her comment and Etsy removed all the comments in the forum as it was against their policy.I have contacted Etsy to see what else can be done and I also want to change my review due to her highly unprofessional response to my honest review.I think it is important for buyers to aware that if you do not positive a review she is happy with that she will both privately and publicly attack your character.Desired Settlement: I think I should receive a further refund based on her behaviour. I have copies of all the emails received.
