Per [redacted] , Owner of Epoxy Bonding of Kentucky IncI feel that Ms***'s state is totally inaccurateI have been out to her home several times to show her that I did care and each time we would apply more epoxy basically to appease her.The problem was she had another crack that was leaking and when I showed her she said that wasn't the problemIt's obvious it wasn't what we repairedAs an Accredited Business with the Revdex.com for years and in good standing with no complaints my level of commitment to my products and service speaks for itselfHowever I will refund Ms [redacted] her money with the understanding this is full and final settlementEnclosed is the refund
