The customer had us come out to give them an estimateWhen we arrived the owner had given us the measurements based on what he had taken before we got thereWe used those measurements to provide the client with a bidAfter answering several questions from the client, the client agreed to sign a
contract for the work to be performed with the square footage provided by the clientThe floor was installed and final payment was received from the client. After the floor was installed and paid for the client then informed us that the measurements he provided us were incorrectHe had over-estimated the square footageAfter re-measuring the garage we determined that the client had made an error and the square footage was in fact lessWith that being said, we do owe the client the difference that was over charged and are happy to refund the difference. Each floor that we install we take a time lapse videoThe client was interested in receiving a copy of that videoThe video we take has to be processed and can take up to - weeks in the busy season due to the volume of floors we install to edit, produce, and completeSince this video was just recently recorded, we had nothing to offer the clientNow that it is fully complete, we are more than happy to supply them with the finished video.I always provide my personal cell phone number along with my business phone and emailI don’t recall receiving a phone call and if there was a message missed by me I am sorryI almost always get back to my clients the same business day.All of the floors we install are backed by our amazing warranty for materials and laborWe stand by that 100% and if anything were to happen which is covered under that warranty, we will take care of it.Bottom line is we are more than happy to refund the amount due back to the client after the error in the measurements received from themWe are always here for our clients and will make sure to address their concerns

This customer hired us to install a non-slip epoxy floor due to their employees slipping in the detail bays causing nearly $100K in slip-and-fall accidents the prior year.We installed the original epoxy floor in October with double the amount of non-slip additive that we normally useIt should
be noted that the reason we, the customer and I, agreed to this amount of non-slip additive was because we used the same amount in a carwash bay for another customer in Southeast Denver (they found that it was plenty of non-slip for their carwash bay)We applied the same system and the same amount of non-slip additive for this customer. This customer then wanted us to come back and put in more aggressive non-slip on top of the system we installed already and I warned the customer that it may not look as good but will reduce slip and falls. The customer stated at the time that it didn’t matter what it looked like as long as no one slipped and fell (update after speaking with customer: since the floor was installed there have been zero slip and fall accidents on this floor). We were alerted to the floor not looking good around the beginning of and the customer wanted optionsWe went to the property multiple times (which took a while due to schedules) and we had some good discussionsWe then emailed the customer with options in May but didn’t hear anything back from the customer. The next thing I received was notification from the Revdex.com of a complaint in July and that the customer hadn’t heard from usThis notification was a total surprise mostly because we didn’t hear back from the customer for a year.Again, we were surprised because the customer didn’t get back to us in regarding their options and we aren’t sure whyWe feel as if we “left the ball in their court” and we didn’t hear back for a yearThere’s not much else we can do.The customer mentions his attorney sent a letter, however; I never received any letter from an attorney regarding this matter. The bottom line for us is that we will take care of our customers and will get this taken care of.I’ve made contact with the customer and outlined a few options and agreed that we’d get the floor taken care of for themIn addition to getting this floor taken care of it looks like we’ll be installing two new floors for this customer. We request that in the future, if there is an issue, please reach out to us directly as we’re willing to get the issue resolved in the best interest of everyone involved. We appreciate the opportunity to make this right

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
however, I refute the blatantly claim that the owner does not recall and has no record of attempts to contact himwe emailed, texted, and called his business and cell from computers and phones at all hours innumerable times for weeksthe absolute ina ility to contact him prompted our complaint. we have received a phone message that appropriate payment and records are enroute to us but we want this record kept open until those are received when we return from our vacation august 27.
