Expoxy Stone personal arrived early for the installation on my two car garage floorWork was continuous throughout the process (about hours)
The job foreman was knowledgeable and managed a very precise placement of epoxy stoneThe entire process left no debris
The transformation of my floor from broken concrete to the epoxy covering was outstanding

Couldn't be happier with the new look on the front of my house EpoxyStone resurfaced the driveway, walkway and front porch, replacing a tired and eroding concrete surface with a beautiful pressed rock finish with contrasting trim The color combination was perfect and ties in the colors of the house The EpoxyStone crew was polite, friendly and efficient Entire job was done in a matter of a few days
Great job!

epoxy stone is a great product. [redacted] came to our house &gave us a price, his crew showed up on time , laid rubber mats on our driveway to use their wheelbarrow on. very neat & professional

After receiving the Epoxy Stone name from another contractor I called and invited them to look at the area I was thinking of having done. Gary Myers came out, spent some time reviewing our needs made some suggestions. His price was fair and I felt that his company was reliable. The work was done when promised. The area was left in a clean manner and the work appears to be first class. We are very happy with Epoxy Stone and would not hesitate to recommend their work.

I want to thank everyone at Epoxy Stone for the outstanding work done at my home. My porch, patio and sidewalk are absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work!!

2-15-16       Below is our response to complaint I.D. # [redacted].On 6-29-16 we entered into a contract with the customer to reseal and repair existing epoxy/stone surfaces at and her daughter’s home.( Her daughter is also a neighbor that lives 2 doors down the street.) The...

customer requested one contract be mailed to her since she would pay for work at both locations. Per her request, we mailed the contract which she agreed to, signed and returned to our office. She also included a deposit check for work on both job locations. The scope of the work was as follows:  Reseal porch, walk, driveway at customers house for $775.00 2.    Saw cut/remove/replace 4’ of epoxy/stone at the end of the driveway apron and reseal for a total of $1,765.00 at her daughter's house. 3.    Miscellaneous repairs/touch ups as directed by the customer at both locations at $75.00 per man hour.On 8-10-16 our crew began work on both projects. The customer was home, observed our crew and was in communication with the job foreman. After completion of the customers resealing and repairs, we began work on her daughter's driveway.  While removing the 4’ section of epoxy/stone overlay on the driveway apron, our crew observed that the concrete beneath the epoxy/stone material was showing severe erosion and was not suitable for resurfacing. We explained it would be best to have a concrete contractor remove and replace the 4’ apron section of the driveway, and we could come back at a later date to install the epoxy/stone over the new concrete apron so things would match. The customer agreed this was the best approach. The customer asked we complete the resealing and minor repairs to her daughter’s driveway before leaving the job site, and we performed the work as requested. There was no invoice issued nor payment for services rendered on either locations, because we wanted to finish the 4’ section of the daughter’s driveway apron before final billing. In early December, the customer called and notified our office she decided to have her daughter’s epoxy/stone driveway completely torn out and replaced and wished to cancel resurfacing the 4’ section of the driveway apron. As a matter of good will, we allowed cancellation of the driveway apron resurfacing and advised this would result in an overall $1,170.00 reduction in the price for her daughter’s driveway (1,765.00 - 1,170.00 = $595.00).On 12-22-16 a final invoice was issued to the customer for the work we performed on both job locations. Below is the final breakdown:Reseal epoxy/stone porch, walk driveway at customers location: $775.00 Reseal epoxy/stone driveway at Daughters location:$ 595.00 Miscellaneous repairs/touch-ups located at customers location of $127.50. Total job price $1,497.50 less deposit of $1,270.00 leaves a balance of $227.50 To date the customer has not paid us the balance due for the work we performed. Please note there was also no charge to her for the costs we incurred while removing the 4’section of epoxy/stone on her daughter’s driveway. We think it is unreasonable and unacceptable for us to provide a refund for the work we performed. Epoxy/Stone Inc. has the original signed contract for your review if necessary.

My wife and I were looking to have our patio redone because of ugly pits and chips that surfaced from placing to much rock salt on the patio over the years. We responded to a flyer from ESI and took advantage of their free quote offer. Gary came out and explained the history of the product , the installation process and offered several color choices to ensure a perfect blend to compliment our house and landscape. The quote was very reasonable and we were eager for them to start. Shortly after, the crew showed up to start the work and they were friendly and knowledgeable. After the prep it took them just one day to do the job and the result is fantastic. We should have done this sooner. Family, friends and neighbors have come over and everyone loves what ESI has done for us. Go with ESI...you will be very pleased with the result!
