Review: I was very clear with ordering a platter delivery time which was early in the morning. We had a tragic death in our family and I ordered a platter for after the funeral. I did not receive any calls and I found out later that when they tried to deliver no one answered the door. The delivery arrived at 5:00pm that night which was too late. I called immediately to share my experience. The owner stated that he was very sorry and would reimburse me the 99.96. He also offered to give another platter and call my family to apologize. I said to give me credit. A few weeks later I got my credit card statement and the charge was not credited. I called immediately to resolve the matter and the manager was rude and said that because they eventually delivered the platter he would not give me a credit. No one called me to tell me that the owner changed his mind. I'm so disappointed that the platter never arrived in the morning and if they were having a difficult time delivering it they should have called me. Also, someone was home because the dog was in the yard and the delivery person left the gate open and the dog ran away. It was a horrible experience.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund which is what the owner told me I would get. $99.96
