Customer submitted a letter to cancel and sent to wrong address so we never receivedWe sent multiple email reminders as well as invoices by mail which the customer ignored as we never received any calls in regards to the past due amountper every invoice it states we require a days written
notice to cancel which we technically never receivedCustomer simply seems upset because of his error and is beyond our controlCustomer would need to settle account with US Collections West as the account is now with them

There was no correspondence from the business until I received notification from the collections agencyThis is is unacceptableThe company has terrible customer serviceJosh is quite rude and unprofessionalSeveral years of never late payments were made- I was a good customerJosh seems to want to punish the customer for having to cancel the serviceAll potential customers should be very wary
