Review: I purchased cheer photos from Eppler photos for my daughter. We received those photos around December 2014. In my package that I choose included a calendar with her picture and a year attached. The calendar was dated for 2014...it should have read for the year 2015. I placed 3 phone calls to this company... none of my calls were returned. The last call I made was on todays date. It stated that this number was no longer in service. They also wrote a note on my cheer package folder that stated I would receive my group photo in one week which ment in December 2014...still no group photo to this date. I sent them an email from their website...no return contact from them off of that as well. I do not know what to do at this point. Is there anyone that can help me resolve this issue. This was my daughters first year cheering for saint marys high school in stockton CA. These pictures were priceless to us. Review: In September I paid Mr. [redacted] $220 for 2-5 picture collages one for each of my sons that play football. When the pictures were posted I realized Mr. [redacted] only photographed one of my sons. He was very difficult to contact. From October 30th to November 25th I tried to contact him by email, business phone and cell phone 11 different times and only got through to him once and never got any return calls. I finally was able to reach him and let him know which photos I wanted of the son he did photograph and I wanted him to credit my American Express card for the other collage. He informed me that he didn't think that he could credit my account because there was a change in the credit card service he uses. He said he would give me a money order. I was told that he would have the collage ready in about a week and a half and would let me know so I could approve it. I called him 2 weeks later and he told me it was on the top of his stack and he would finish it up and call me in an hour. I didn't hear from him. I happened to be checking the site about a week later and found my collage posted but was never notified. Then on December 11th he called to see if it was ok. I told him I found it on his site but was never notified and I was fine with it. He asked for my address so he could mail it to me. I asked him if he still planned on being at our banquet on December 13th. He said yes, so I told him I would pick it up there along with the money order. At the banquet he did not have my items but said he would deliver them that night. I never heard from him. I tried to call a number of times but kept getting a mailbox full message. I finally texted him on December 17th telling him I waited far too long and these were Christmas gifts for my children. He said I would get them that day. Didn't say when or where. So I asked and he finally told me he had my address (but he didn't have it the week before) and it would be in the evening. He didn't deliver until 1am and his $100 check bounced.Desired Settlement: I would like him to refund me in cash. This has been a nightmare and has taken so much of my time! He also lied to other parents in our organization as well.

Review: Eppler Photos was the company used for the [redacted] team photos in 2014. At some point Eppler had issues with the photo orders and asked that we resend our orders for photo deliveries. As of today 7/7/15, Eppler has not responded to any of my emails, letters, or phone calls regarding the photos. I do not want a refund, I want the photos. The photos taken can not be replaced or recreated. The lack of communication is unacceptable! I would like assistance recovering the photos we had ordered in my son's last year of football with the Jr. Rams.Desired Settlement: I do not want a refund, I want the photos.
