I have been striving to collect my pet damage pay out for months. Amanda Blind, the person assigned to this case has ignored, misinformed and hurt me. Stonegate apartments devised an inaccurate invoice for the closing moving out cost that I paid in full or the insurance adjuster is misunderstood. Please send me the complete payout of $500.00 because $698.00(Cost of all supposed damages) + $350.00(pet security deposit NEVER RETURNED) = $1,048.00(combined is deposits and further assumed damages). I'm only covered $500.00 pet damage on the policy. StoneGates Mary, Vanessa, Robin and Jeff Miller sent the policy claim information and all move out cost paid over to ePremium who then finds Whirley insurance to handle the claim. I have spent far greater than $500.00 worth of my time pursuing this money that was legally bound to me by you. It makes me sick to imagine the number of victims your putting thru this fraud tactic. I will not cease until I get that money. I will file a police report next week if I don't hear from you swindler.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would.
Nothing but another hungry money insurance company. Paid them for months. Had to restart another policy due to it being cancelled. When I called them regarding a claim they said they could not help. Which is exactly why we pay renters insurance in the first place. DO NOT EVER use them. I have never been so disappointed.

They cheated me...they are not trustworthy...first they charged my card for a renewal (yr premium) that I did not agree to...I called to get it refunded and told them I would be moving soon and wanted month to month..I was told they would just refund the difference when I move...noy what I wanted...when I moved I had a pet damage claim...talked to them about that and refunding 6 mo of ptemiums.. and waited to be contacted...joke...weeks go bye..I call...they yell me I must keep paying the premiums till clain done...they never paid my claim...did not refund my money...I had to pay premiums for 6 mo after I moved...they lied...cheated...and I feel stole from me...worst co I have eber dealt with...never take their policy.

Review: I bought home insurance that is yearly renewed from ePremium Insurance last August. The insurance expired the end of this July as I moved out from my previous apartment. When I saw ePremium Insurance charged me money from my credit card on Aug 12, 2014, I immediately called ePremium Insurance to cancel it. The operator whose name is [redacted] told me the payment was successfully cancelled and I will not be charged. But I was still charged.

ePremium Insurance used my credit card information without my approve in advance. Therefore I request ePremium Insurance to refund my payment and remove my credit card information from their system.Desired Settlement: Refund my credit card and remove my payment information from their system.
