possible for us to tell who the MSP is at this timeThe merchant is more than welcome to call into our Support line at 971-to obtain the correct contact info for their MSP

I did make a mistake and filed a complaint against the processing coand not the merchant service co I would like to correct this mistake and remove my complain and I will refile with the correct company I apologize for the confusion

3. ePN does not and has never imposed a Termination Fee. All services offered by ePN have only ever been available on a month-to-month basis.

eProcessing Network (ePN) is a payment gateway that processes each merchants transactions using each merchants own merchant account with the merchant service provider (MSP) of each merchants own choice. ePN does not sell it's services directly, only through independent sales offices. charges and fees are only ever agreed to in advance between each merchant and their sales office of choice. Based on the contact info of this complaint, this merchants sales office is Leaders Merchant Services, LLC at (888) 691-6149, and MSP is iPayment, Inc. at (800) 324-9825.
