charges and fees are only ever agreed to in advance between each merchant and their sales office of choice. Based on the contact info of this complaint, this merchants sales office is Leaders Merchant Services, LLC at (888) 691-6149, and MSP is iPayment, Inc. at (800) 324-9825.
