I have come to find out that 'going to legal' is just down the hall, I'm not even sure it is a different business.Desired Settlement: I desire to have the added fees mentioned credited, approx. $3,000 and to have the $5,000 default fee credited as well, as I was trying to work with them but they would not allow me to pay it off but rather filed the UCC lien. In addition I need the UCC lien removed once I pay them what I owe them. If the [redacted] pays them off with the above fees then I desire a refund of these fees to be wired into the account of my choice.

Review: I took out a loan with Capital Stack. The loan consisted of automatic ACH Debits form my checking account. After the loan was repaid in full the automatic ACH Debits did not stop. Capital stack continued to debit my account until I mad multiple complaints to their office. Only after I had to go back through my bank statements and print them off, highlight them and email them to Capital Stack did they finaly stop debiting my count. For the last 3 weeks now we have been trying to make contact with Capital Stack to get the over charged ACH Debits returned to us. When ever we call we get the same run around, "oh sorry accounting is trying to figure out where we overcharged you", "let me have you talk to someone else".... Needless to say we are fed up with Capital Stack. Because of their mistake our account has been overdraw and the fees keep coming.Desired Settlement: We would like the total amount of money Capital Stack overcharged up returned ASAP to stop the fees.

Consumer

Response:

The amount is the total that they over charged me.

Business

The billing issues began with the fully executed contract and the released of funds to the merchant’s account. We were not supposed to let them out of the contract but we did so in good faith as a partner. We apologized to them for the extended turnaround times. We processed their refund on [redacted] for the amount of $1029.
