imprinting your recent order in the wrong location. Please know this is not at all typical. We have since provided shipping labels per your request to return the merchandise for a full refund (including shipping costs) which was processed back to your credit card on 6/**/14. Again, we are sincerely sorry for this order issue. We hope that through this resolution we have satisfied your needs and made this matter right.

Review: I ordered online and paid. They said they voided the transaction. Never recieved credit in my account. They refuse to make product. No reson to void transaction. Representative was of no help. Barely cared.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. Not a lot to ask.

We are truly sorry to hear of this situation. [redacted] is committed to excellence – both in product quality and customer experience. An online order can be started and placed online. However due to the complexity of the promotional product business, we require all clients to sign off on a proof of what their imprint will be. The initial charge, from the online order, is saved as ‘processing’ and the funds will only be captured and completed, when all customization is correct, accurate and approved by the client. We revised the client’s proof a couple of times and then he became concerned with a double charge to his credit card. The Sales Representative, as well as the Support Specialist, reassured the client that the funds had not been captured multiple times. The client then advised our Sales Team that he no longer wished to do business with us. I reached out personally on Friday [redacted] to try and discuss the matter with him, but he advised that it was not a good time to talk. We set up a phone call for Monday [redacted] and I was only able to leave him a message at ###-###-#### (this is the phone number listed with us). I attempted to reach him at ###-###-#### (the phone number he listed with you) and was unable to leave a message due to the mailbox being full. Attached are documents showing that the funds, were not removed from the client’s account and the transaction was voided. If you have any additional questions or concerns please let me know.

Review: I ordered a run of 50 promotional bags with a logo on them. Our rep at epromos.com confirmed with me that I wanted the logo on the back of the bag. I said yes. He passed the order to his assistant to generate an electronic proof for me to approve. The image had the logo on the back of the bag, so I approved it. What arrived in the mail two weeks later was a big box of 50 bags, but with the logo on the wrong side. I contacted the company. They offered me a 30% refund. I don't want a 30% refund on a product that I didn't order.Desired Settlement: epromos.com needs to accept the faulty bags returned to them and refund my money, including shipping. They cannot charge me for a product that I did not order.

Review: In preparation for a major conference that we normally supply promotional items for, I contacted ePromos. They sent me 2 samples of which I chose 1 for our notebook+pen giveaways. Everything seemed to be going along just fine until I got an email notification that the notebooks were shipped, only it was not what I thought I ordered. My colleague had a similar issue with them last year when she placed the order she was given one price and 1 week before the order was delivered,s he was contact and advised that order would cost her $500 more than the previous price quoted. She warned me against using ePromos as they always do the "ole switcharoo" with you, bate you in and then switch either the product or price on you. Against her admonition, I went ahead and ordered from them. They tried to make me think that I didn't order the sample they sent me but saying they never sent me the sample notebook I received from them 2 weeks prior to placing the order.

They had a plethora of excuses why the order of the incorrect notebooks+pens were not their fault and even went on to explain that the item(s) in question has the same sku# same as another item and that they didn't know how that happened, they also went on to say that it was no way they sent me the sample I later took pictures of and sent to them as proof of what I ordered was different to the sample I was sent.

They have offered 30% the order although the notebooks are of no use to us and despite my company requesting that they discount the entire order up to 60%. This is one of the worst companies I've ever worked with and it will be the last time they con or trick my company with their "Money back guarantee".Desired Settlement: I want nothing less then 60% off the entire order and I want an apology as they led me to believe that I was responsible for placing the order with for wrong product.
