Jasmine J is the very best. Very professional, kind, compassionate, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and caring. Ms. J responded right away if I had questions, she let me vent to her about this shady debt collection company about my mortgage, she assured me everything was going to be fine. I was very pleased with EQP legal group they helped my wife and my family prepare all the documents we needed during a stressful situation. Want to give a special thanks to Megan for taking the time to explain everything.
On 12/31/2019 I hired EQP TO handle the restructure my Mortgage with ***. I was told it was $5000 and I was to pay $1000 a month for 5 months. That the process took 5 months. I paid $1000 on 12/31/2019. Then without notice my home was in the paper for foreclosure. I contacted EQP immediately. I was told by a rep Justin *** that they were meeting the following Monday to discuss my options. I waited and called Justin *** to find out what they were doing. He said I had to file emergency Chapter 13 bankruptcy. I said who's filing it. They said I had to. But they would do all the docs and I just had to sign and then file. Well it wasn't that way. I get a call that I had to fill them out and if any questions call. (Are they *** me, I have to do it now). I also had to pay the fees on my own and the nearest bankruptcy court a private party can file a 13 is 500 miles away. I told them I was just hiring an attorney to do it. They said good. After they file don't show up and they will work on the expedited restructure. But now I had to pay $2000 more instead of $1000 for them to finish for me. I said I'm not paying an attorney then skip out and then pay them $2000.
I said cancel my contract. They did, I asked for my $1000 deposit back since they never even started. I was told no.

Refund I want my $1000 returned to me. Nothing was done. I asked for an invoice. I was told there is none. Its just a completion of service account.
This individual made this complaint by mistake and actually has no issue with our company. He even stated he tried to retract this complaint but was unable to. In addition he went on and gave us a 5 star *** Review after everything which We will include here please see what *** says" A miscommunication from someone not part of the company caused me to file a Revdex.com Complaint. After discussing it with a true rep of the company. I can't retract it. But I will apologize for not being able to. This is a good company and I believe they do their best to succeed for those of us who habe hit rough spots in our lives. I cannot find any reason not to put your trust in them." Again as you can see this is resolved and was made in error. We take pride in doing good by people.
