Review: We receive free natural gas because a pipe line runs across our property. Our heat, water heater, and stove run on gas. The gas keeps kicking off. We were told to pull a plunger to turn it back on. Sometimes it comes back on and sometimes it doesn't. I have called many times when it wouldn't come back on after many tries and no one would call me back. I had my gas furnace worked on countless times because we were told that was where the problem was coming from. Turns out, it wasn't our furnace causing the problem. Finally when someone came and checked on the line he told us that the company had turned our pressure down and that's what has been causing the gas to kick off. I'm tired of calling and no one returning my calls and no wants to fix this problem. The gas has been out for over 24 hours and are unable to run our heat pump. We have struggled with the gas for over 2 years now. No one wants to come out and check it, even with the temperature as low as it has been this past week, they still don't consider it an emergency. It has kicked off all week but as stayed out since yesterday February 20. We have pulled the plunger countless times in the last two days and we still have no gas and when I called they said they would get to us Monday. They will not even tell us how we can fix it.Desired Settlement: We just wish they would fix the gas to where it wouldn't go off anymore or just tell us what we can do to keep it on.
