Don't expect too be treated like a person, or get your emails or calls returned without calling or emailing multiple times...
this company has soo many clients and not enough workers too help each and every one, lets say you email a person, a week later no reply, 2 weeks still nothing.... yet you send a second email bam next day reply. with an excuse why they took so long in a reply. only problem with believing this lie is it happened 6 times in a row, and good luck getting anybody on the phone, its like they purposely screen the call and let it go too voice mail.
This place treats you like a payday and number instead of a person, I do not feel this place deserves too be handling anybodies SSI without being investigated. or maybe train the employees on replying sooner,
also this happened a while back I finally got ahold of an agent and instead of offering a solution too my issue they said "If you don't like the service find another place" no empathy or care... I will be leaving this place... and hope nobody decides too chose them....

The only way to accomplish anything with this miserable company is to show up at their "real" address: 11661 W. Bluemound Rd, Wauwatosa, WI. They do not have a sign and are located on the second floor. The Pen Station is on the first floor.
This is a great company! I am so happy that they have helped my brother so I can focus on his health and not his finances. Diane Larson has been amazing to work with for the past five years. I glad that they do not disclose their location as they deal with people like my brother who.may cause them harm of he knew where they were located!
They are not located at the advertised address! There is no suite 307. They have box 307 located at a UPS store. They were incompetent at handling finances for my cousin. They operate in a reckless disregard and violate rules set by social security. FIRED!
My brother calls all of the time and I have asked them not to take all of his calls. It's okay to ignore repeat callers. Diane has done so much for my family.
Hi Sue, I have worked for is company and everything you said was correct! I was told by Diane to hang up on people and don't answer certain client calls! This is a bad company and I will let other agencies know how they work. I would love to talk with You?

Review: this service pays the bills of a friend of mine. this past march, I had to pay for repairs to some equipment they are dependant on. To this date, they haven't sent me a check. I was told by my friend that they are waiting for a trust fund to give them the money so that they can pay me. I tried to file a small claims action, but can't since they don't have an actual business address. They just have a UPS mail box, and they won't give me the actual address. I was able to talk with the actual payee rep. but their attutiude was very standoffish, like they believed there was nothing I could do but wait for them. I don't know if I'm ever going to get the money back, and it appears that I have no way to make them pay.Desired Settlement: just want my money back.
