Absolutely horrible customer serviceAfter placing an order I received an order confirmation email, but no shipping conformationTwo weeks later, my order still had not shippedI sent different emails politely asking about my order with no responseI then tried to contact the seller on twitter and was again ignoredAt this point it had been weeks..I tried commenting on an instagram picture asking about my order, and my comment was quickly deletedI commented on a different picture, and the whole post was taken down.Eventually the seller refunded my account with no explanationWhile I do appreciate getting my money back (I know others have not been so lucky), the whole situation was frustrating and unnecessary

Absolutely horrible customer service. After placing an order I received an order confirmation email, but no shipping conformation. Two weeks later, my order still had not shipped. I sent 3 different emails politely asking about my order with no response. I then tried to contact the seller on twitter and was again ignored. At this point it had been 3 weeks..I tried commenting on an instagram picture asking about my order, and my comment was quickly deleted. I commented on a different picture, and the whole post was taken down.Eventually the seller refunded my account with no explanation. While I do appreciate getting my money back (I know others have not been so lucky), the whole situation was frustrating and unnecessary.
