Dear Mr***,
I am contacting you regarding seating issues at this past Sunday's Stadium Jumping event for the RK3DEI talked to *** E at show who was very wonderful to speak with, and who expressed her own discontent and displeasure regarding the potential overbooking of the Bleacher area seatingMy wife and I scraped together enough money this year to be able to bring our three girls to the event, all of whom are young riders that are very passionate about the sport and their love of horsesWe were only able to get three bleacher tickets for the event so my wife and I decided that the girls should go in and be able to watch the competition
My oldest daughter sent my wife a text message frantically asking where we had gone too approximately 5-minutes aft

On Nov 3, charges for tickets for the Rolex Kentucky Day Event held at the Kentucky Horse Park (event dates - 4/28/through 5/1/16) were posted on my credit card My transaction ID is XXXXX On April I called the ticket office because the tickets had not arrived Was told I would be called "very soon"April 26, called again and reached voice mail Never heard back
April called my credit card company - they posted temporary credits for the amounts to my accountCredit card company told me I could release the money back to the ticket agent at any time of the processOn April 26, I called the Lexington, KY Revdex.comPaperwork was going to be sent - my computer had been down It's up againHave not received materials
This would have been my attendance of the event Disappointed about no return calls from ticket agent
