When I spoke to Roman, her verbally said he would replace it which is why I stated that again in the email I sent him.  I would not make that up.  Every legitimate company has a responsibility to warn customers regarding water stains because how else do you clean a stain if the furniture does not come with any cleaning instructions?  For example, hair dryers comes with warning instructions not to use near water because of electric shock.  Some people may think that it is common sense but the manufacturer needs to have the warning label for customers. If the furniture does not come with proper cleaning instructions, most consumers would think cleaning it with water would remove stains.  Then when I asked about fabric protector to further protect my investment, I get no response.  Then to Mr. [redacted] claims that they did not provide misleading cleaning and care instructions and go by the manufacturer, then basically he does know the products he's selling.  Who is the manufacturer then?  Please tell him to give me their contact info so that they know that their recommendations include an air freshener, a recalled product and another product that should not be used with the fabric that they recommended.  If that is not misleading then I don't know what is.  They have the responsibility in letting all of their customers know about water stains especially since they don't provide care instructions and because we used the products that they recommended, the stain got worse.
