Review: my name is [redacted] I live at [redacted] I was buying a truck from [redacted] truck dealer located at [redacted]. and I was sent to a bank to finance my truck, I was told in order to open a lone account with the bank I have to send in a bank check in the amount of $889.17 in the middle of the process I found out that I was dealing with a broker called ([redacted] financial) that works with ( [redacted] credit trust ) I was never told I was dealing with a broker. after I found out I canceled and I refuse to sign the documents they charged me $500 out of the full amount $889.17 and I received check in the amount of $389.17 when I asked them why I didn't get the full amount back , they said we charge $500 documents fee . the process for the lone was not completed and I have all the original documents with me I don't think they should charge me for a lone that was never open , I tried to speak with the a person that works for for [redacted] credit trust and he is the one that handle the lone process he said no refund for that amount . I don't think that is a good way of doing business charging so much money for an account that was never open.thank you for taking the time to look into this matter [redacted] Desired Settlement: I would like to get the full amount back $500

Review: I was granted the loan from this company(EFS Credit Trust)to purchase 2008 dodge sprinter from dealer in **.They asked for upfront payment in the amount of 669.49$.I sent payment by bank check(copy attached).Then suddenly Dealer ([redacted])withdrew from the deal for unknown reason. I called their agent I dealt throughout this transaction ([redacted]) to ask for refund in the amount of 669.49$ and they only sent check for 79.49$ claiming that remaining 590.00$ is non refundable.I would like to add that I neither sign nor ever was informed that 590.00$ is non refundable(copy attached).Desired Settlement: I want full refund in the amount of 590.00$
