I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
My complaint was an attempt to keep the service in place. What was not addressed in their response was the confusion and wasted time tjat occurred when they promised to send me a new phone and while I waited over a month, I called back and then they told me they terminated my service. Their business caused me to be without a phone for Three months. Now a new provider has my business.
