never cut.  As a solution, we are cutting [redacted] a check today in the amount of $185.25, which was sent out [redacted] with tracking number [redacted].  We have added $50 to the check, due to the inconvenience that [redacted] had to endure.

We apologize for any misunderstanding but no refund is due for this transaction.  Original lease was to expire on 10/21/2013 and buyout amount would be an accurate amount if purchased at that time from VW credit directly.  This lease was purchased more than 4 months prior to the lease...

termination and as you can see by the attached the payoff was $15185, which we paid at that time.  The sale price of $16,185 includes a mark up for the dealership.  Many dealerships add on fees in excess of $2000 to process these lease purchase  transactions and honestly that's probably a fair mark up considering the costs involved. This is the first time I am hearing about this transaction and if there are other items that should be considered, [redacted]s more than welcome to stop in or contact me by phone.
