I have been a tenant of one of the properties Equinox manages and don't know how I lasted that longThey are the worse when it comes to fixing things as well as their customer serviceI had to appear in court today because I withheld my rent due to them saying I wasn't paying my utilities, which was a result of them not billing me on timeThe person who appeared on behalf of the owner, Sean B [redacted] was rude, snippy and had the audacity to lie and say she contacted me regarding my late rentI only wanted to be heard and am happy with how things ended, but will caution anyone who entertains the thought of moving into one of their properties, it is a waste of time and money and isn't worth the headache

I had to appear in court today because I withheld my rent due to them saying I wasn't paying my utilities, which was a result of them not billing me on time. The person who appeared on behalf of the owner, Sean B[redacted] was rude, snippy and had the audacity to lie and say she contacted me regarding my late rent. I only wanted to be heard and am happy with how things ended, but will caution anyone who entertains the thought of moving into one of their properties, it is a waste of time and money and isn't worth the headache.

Review: Company did not return security deposit. Management does not reply to any correspondence. Its been 3.5 months since our lease was terminated and we are getting no cooperation from management.Desired Settlement: According to state law if correspondence has not been made within 30 days after termination, customer is entitled to twice the security deposit. I am requesting the allotted amount be returned.
