assessed to her upon moving out of the rental property. It is our normal practice to inspect the rental properties and charge the resident for any damages and/or cost to remove personal belongings. This $75.00 represented a trash removal cost to remove wall shelves mounted to the wall and curtains/curtain hardware. However, [redacted] claims to have left the belongings since they were present when she moved in the property in 2015.Although we could not verify, we removed the charge and refunded the $75.00 charge as a courtesy.
