I would like to share with you how horrible and bad Toho Water is please stay away I live in a community called [redacted] we have the worst water in Florida and more importantly the company is no good they have no customer relations more importantly they do whatever they want to do and they have no regard for anybody because they have the old system of the good old boys since they're the only company in town they do whatever they want with us this has to stop we need more opportunities for companies to come in and not give Toho Water Authority a sense of entitlement to treat customers whichever way they want to I had a bill for $was supposed to be paid on the 27th I just got back from the holidays today on the 28th it was disconnected I made my payment and they still never came out to connect my water now I have to wait for another day for them to come out and I have newborns let them be aware of what was going on and they didn't care stay away from this horrible company
For four days in a row I been trying to make contact with customer service to ask something about my Bill and its imposible no body answer, or they keep you in line. I went to the office and they told me that they dont recive payment there. So what us the customer are we supose to do to have a good service?

Tohoo Water in Florida USA is abusing the suscrptor, when one paid via in-ternet througt, the bank account, they said that there was an error, and they charge a $25.00 dollars surcharger they do it ones and twice. The authorites take action them.
