Equipment Clearing House

Review: I am starting a new restaurant. I went to the warehouse and chose the refurbished equipment that my restaurant would need. This was on Thursday. [redacted] promised the spec sheets needed by that weekend. When the following week came and we still didn't have the spec sheets and were holding up our electrician and plumbers who were waiting on that, we couldn't get a hold of him. when my partner was finally able to reach him, the excuse was that he was busy or sick. He set another date, and still did not deliver. We pulled the plug on the whole deal. There is not stipulation of having to forfeit our deposit on HIS sales contract. He simply did not follow through on what he promised. He will not return or acknowledge in writing the receipt of my request for refund of my deposit and I have yet to receive my refund of $4000.Desired Settlement: I would like my deposit refunded.
