Order a used two post liftat first the price was a little high.but after talking to him and letting him know that I don't think its a right pricehe worked with me on the price and dropped it a lot.its was like then he said flat out the door.installation was an extra but it was worth it.professionally installed and they were so friendly and was willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was up and running with no problems

I have waited days from time of purchase and still getting run around, no tracking info givenLast time I called the "owner" was out of town and I was told I had to wait till he returns to find out about my orderWhat crap is that, no one else can give me info? The company will be one I never deal with again and I will advise anyone else to stay awayI should of bought the same item on eBayI was an it and am going through with all this mess just to get the free oil drain that this was is suppose to come with
Update: On Friday Nov6th I called company spoke to someone named Jerry, he was suppose to be owner, and demanded my money back as I knew my order had not been shippedThis jerk flat out lied to me and said order was in route, I spent minutes telling him I knew he was lying and demanding a refundI finally gave up and hung up Well as I knew he was lying the order did not ship until Monday Nov9th and it was shipped from another companyI bought this item October 19th, almost month to get it to me?? NEVER NEVER NEVER by anything from this company, their website is just a cover for a bunch of liarsthieves and con artists

Hello there I am MR*** and I own a mechanic shopThe guy that owns this website has a great selection of equipment that I need to get my shop up and running.I told myself that after a year if I have made money and have had no problems with the equipment that I would right a review about equiptool.comlet me start by saying that my equipment has had no problems and are running like a champjust make sure you keep up on the maintenanceI bought a Hunter Alignment machine with RX9L Alignment rack and dsptire balancerI also bought two BendPaks xpr10A Car lifts.And they were All Rebuilt and recondition machines.Well thank you for reading and Please give this guy a shotyou will not be mad or disappointed.Great on working with you on prices and financing

I ordered a lift from equip tool on 10 -22-16 that was a mistake I was told it would be here 11-4-16 I got no tracking number as according to Jerry it wasn't available I began to figure out who the tool was at equip tool!! We started calling at least two time a week to get our updated load of B.S. we were even promised delivery on thanks giving day we didn't point that out it was just par for the coarse and we didn't wait around just an FYI don't wait for them to return your calls. They lied to use from day one about shipping Jerry couldn't even keep his stories strait through a whole phone call. It is Dec 6 and we still haven't gotten our lift I'm writing this review so hopefully no one else will have to go through this.We have contacted an attorney and at this point I think that's our only recourse I hope this review keep someone else from having to deal with Jerry with Jerry the Tool.
