Complaint not resolved with EQUISOLAR I was called after my first complaint on here and given all sorts of promises They have not been resolved I do not believe my panels are covering what I was promised from what I told them I have a long explanation on the Northern CA Revdex.com
This company shows up at my house unannounced and very unprofessional looking people They have scared my kids After my first complaint on here they promised to make up the difference with what my panels where not making and install more panels at half cost with no installation charges I cant seem to get them to answer me back now after I have spent numerous hrs on the phone with them, on the internet with the electric company and continue the mess they left after the installation I am tired of phone calls not being returned and wasting my time an energy trying to deal with someone who will give you just more promises I am still cleaning messes up from the installation damages to my roof almost two years ago

We had this company place solar panels in our home on July of and we are still getting high electric bill over $
They had the panels off when the place them it took a year for them to come and check on themThe owner came down and
had someone check and turn them on a year later and the electric bills are still highhe said he would reimburse me one
year by paying the finance com Greensky for one year and they only paid one monthI have call left messages, e mailed them and no answer from themI would like them to reimburse what they said they would

On July 15, I spoke with *** *** from your company telling me that I was a perfect candidate for solar panelsAfter speaking with him, and talking to him my wife and I decided that this sounded like a good ideaAt the time of sale, he told me that I would be saving a lot of money, and that at the end of the year I would be receiving a check from SMUD for the energy my panels were producingTo my surprise this was not the caseThe panels were finalized, and passed inspection on 01/05/As you can see in the bill from 12/2016-01/that's my high month, and my bill was only $Next Month 01/10/2017-02/07/my bill was $13.07, and it was around that much for the next year or soBut, to my surprise I was actually accumulating charges with SMUDIF you look at the invoice mentioned above there was something called PREVIOUS CUMALTIVE NET ENERGY CHARGES/CREDITS that was being charged forThe only reason I was not paying the full amount that I was being charge

This company is terrible, they will not answer the phone, they wont return phone calls,and they were dishonest during the sale pitchThe company didnt install enough panels from the beginning after reviewing my electrical bill, and now want to charge me extra to install more panelsi am still paying for the loan on the panels and am still receiving an electrical bill every monthThe inverter panel reads that it needs service and is not currently working, I have been calling Equisolar for over months and still have no resolution, most times I can not get through to the rep handling my case and have to leave messages, which are never returnedI wish I could just ask them to remove everything and give me a refund, they have been the worst company to ever have had to deal with Do your self a favor and look elsewhere, save yourself time and energy

I was to have solar power within months, we are now going on monthsThe workers left a mess when they left and dented my carport

Solar panels were placed on the shady side of the roof* who says he is an engineer, refuses to acknowledge the issue

I purchased the solar system from this company in oct with 20years service warranty, my solar stop working and they are not fixing it
I made phone calls in 08/20/18,I asked them to fix my solar they told me they can't schedule because they don't have available technician I called them again on 08/31/they told me friday 09/07/at 2pm, I took day off to wait for them but they did not come I call them they told me I was schedule next Friday which is 09/14/i call them again today they told me they schedule on 9/every time I called them gave different day or no day I ask for the manager they keep told me the manager was busy, will call me back but they never did.This company does not want to repair my solar, never want to return your phone call

I have had nothing but problems with company. After going approximately three months past our promised installation date, they destroyed our roof. Not to mention leaving trash all over my roof and yard. They did finally come back and maybe fixed some of it, some of it they could not fix and I still have some off my roof still coming off. And yes, still leaving trash.
Then there is the financial part. Yes, our loans were messed up, getting late notices, worrying us that our almost perfect credit report would be ruined. Three months after the installation, I still am not sure it has been fixed.
As far as our computer program we were promised, to see if our panels our working, still have not received those. I have been told they are coming, but still have not seen them. After speeking with an associate several times, who know me by first name, I have asked to speak with someone else, no response back.
As far as providing my family with enough electricity, I was originally told 15 panels would cover my electricity bill. I bargained and was able to get 22 panels. From what I see after two to three months use, I do not believe this is not going to cover my electricity bill.
I am so disappointed with this company, I wanted to take time out of my very busy schedule to write and try and warn anyone else about this smooth talking horrible company.

My problem with Equisolar has been resolved and I am very happy with they have promised me. I would like to take my complaint out.

Please Help me . I have not paid anything to them . Becasuse I want to back out of the deal thay are not on the Revdex.com . Thay are threating me to pay $ 5,000 for the Solar pannals .
