I am rejecting this response because:there is no action being taken about what they made me feel and there is no apologyThe email I wrote to the company before contacting Revdex.com was responded by the same person I was complaining aboutIn the email they tell me to not to call them and I am a lierThat is when I decided to contact Revdex.comAnd now it seems like the same guy is replying to the complain because he works in the claims departmentSo unless there is some sort of corrective action taken or I get an apology I am not satisfiedPeople like that should not be allowed to be on the phone with people if they can not respect and care for the people who are in need of their service.
