I have used Equitax Property Tax Advisors over the past 12 years as they have represented me to challenge my property tax assessments over the years. They have always negoiated a positive property tax assessment with the city of Atlanta as well. They are professional, gather all the information for houses in my area and are easy to deal with. I use them since my schedule is busy and I would rather a professional handle this as opposed to me. I highly recommend this company!
