Equity Acceleration Program

Review: I contacted [redacted] bank asking if there was anyway possible that I could pay my mortgage biweekly I was told no. [redacted] recommended a service called Equity Accelerator Program and gave me a number to contact. I called the company provided and set up an account, paid a 250.00$ registration fee and set up the automatic deductions to be taken out biweekly from my [redacted] account. I have been making payments since April 2015 with no problems until November 02 when I was contacted by [redacted] bank collections in the mortgage department advising me that my October payment was not made. I told [redacted] that I had the EQUITY ACCELARATOR PROGRAM that they recommended making my payments. I immediately called EQUITY ACCELERATOR and asked what was going on since my money was deducted actually three times from my checking account being that October had an additional pay period. I was and have been on the phone for countless hours given the run around EQUITY ACCELERATOR keeps telling me that [redacted] bank is refusing the payments and sending them back REALLY!!!!!!!! I said. I have also had three way conversations with [redacted] and them still no payments made and now we are onto the month of November and no payment has been made for this month either. I have obviously stopped EQUITY ACCELERATON from further deductions and cancelled the service, the fact remains that they cannot find my money and keep giving me the run I have spoken to several of their managers that promise to call me back and don't, have told me payment was made today and will clear in 48 hours still no payment is received by [redacted]. One supervisor by the name of Eden C[redacted] has confirmed a payment made also supervisor Joseph R[redacted] confirmed payment made. I'm told one day that money isn't recived back from [redacted] so they have to wait till its received back to their corporate office wait to clear their bank first and then they will pay. I'm so upset and the fact remains they have over 4000$ of my money not to mention the negative credit affect. HELPDesired Settlement: I would like EQUITY ACCELERATOR to find MY MONEY pay my 2 months mortgage and contact the credit agency to reverse the negative affect this had. I demand the proper phone called to be made as they promised as this is my money not theirs. This company owes its customer ME a proper apology for the mess they have created the countless hours I have spent on the phone with not resolution as of and still more to come. I have fulfilled my end of the contract and they haven't proper punishment needed.
