Be careful with this companyThey charge you cents a day late fee throughout the entire contract and do not invoice you so you can pay itNone of the invoices show a late fee or charge and the final invoice does not show a balance dueThen when you do not receive your vehicle title after several weeks and call them they tell you there is a balance due, which has grown over the length of the contractWhen I asked them why I was not sent and invoice or notified of these additional charges, they stated they do not have to notify meThis is a very shady practice which could end up costing a lot of money and possible vehicle repossession if you do not pay the balanceOn top of all that, they force you to let them install a GPS tracker in your vehicle that costs $and then they want to charge you to remove it when you pay off the loan
Do not do business with this place. Their dealers will sell you overpriced lemons at 25% interest. I had to bring my car back to them four times because the brakes hardly worked. Even though I was under warranty they kept putting worn pads on the car. I got into an accident because the car wouldn't stop in time. When I called into then KJK to tell them this they flat said it doesn't matter you owe us for the loan. Now I am being garnished by them and the legal manager [redacted] is just heartless. I filed court papers to reduce the garnishment from 25% to 15% and she refuses to submit the forms to make this go through. When I got my paycheck and couldn't pay my rent [redacted] laughed at this information when I called in to ask her to submit the forms.
