manage multiple propertiesSome of our properties have retained our services since We are locally owned and we are members of the local/national organization of CAI (Community Association Institute)Our staff and property managers are trained to solve problemsWe have comprehensive continuing education in the following areas: MFinancial Management, MRisk Management, MCommunity Governance, MCommunity Leadership and MEssentials of Community Association ManagementOur management company is required to inspect the property once a monthWe have enclosed copies of the noticesThe 1" notice was mailed as a friendly reminderThe next time the property was inspected the trash can was visible again and they were mailed a formal noticeThe 3rd inspection found the trash can out againThe deed restrictions require a fine on the 3rd notice when the rule has not been correctedThe owner had from August 24th to February 5th to correct this violationShe failed to report to you that she had received notices to correctOur office is required to protect property valuesPart of that is screening trashcans from viewWe are sorry for the loss of her family member however that day was a 3rd notice not the 1"Screening the trashcan from view is a routine rule and this owner had been notified to correctThis owner complains about trucks parking on the streetIf there is an issue about trucks parking on the street that complaint must be registered with the City of PflugprvilleThe BOA has no power over city ordinances as the streets are not privateRespectfully,*** ***President** *** *** *** ***On behalf of the Board of Directors

Dear We have attached the total history of this owners concernsThe Board of Directors did review the homeowners concerns regarding the notices and fines in a recent board meetingThe board's directive to our office was not to remove the fines assessedThe Board believes the fines were
consistent/justified with the HOA Rules and that is their final answer

I am rejecting this response because: Why do they have no jurisdiction over company trucks when they give citations if a trailer is parked while loading tools on it?   My son has a lawn business that he sometimes needs to bring his trailer to load up tools from the garage.  He has a storage place for the trailer.  They have given me a citation for having the trailer here, for having a lawn mower in front yard, and in general have been unfair.  My son said he saw them come in the addition, come straight to my property, take a picture and then leave the neighborhood without looking at other properties.  I plan on selling my house in the next year and moving to another location although I have been here since 1995 when I had the house built.  They even sent me a citation for having a brick in the front yard.
