However, it should also be known, that my staff did previously have numerous conversations with [redacted], as well as, visited her home on several occasions for minor repairs and to charge the a/c unit prior to this complaint. On 6/**/15 I personally informed [redacted] on what exactly the limited home warranty covers including the proper procedures on how to submit for repairs. And even though, [redacted]'s issues were outside of the scope of the limited home warranty, I have made a one time exception for her in this case and all of her issues and concerns have been or are being immediately addressed. Review: I have purchased a new construction from Equity homes of new york back in february. I have had such a hard time getting things repaired that are covered by the home warrenty. I have just in the past week gotten my central-air unit up and running. The house was between 80-84 degrees for over three weeks. I have grout issues in the kitchen,different colors of paint were they have done repain jobs prior to closing, a lot of nail pops, weather strip in master bath is torn and water goes onto the floor when shower in use. Those are just a few of the issues. I have made several phone calls, emails and text messages to the builder and his collegues with few to no responses.Desired Settlement: I would like The list of repairs fixed.
