I am rejecting this response because:Prior to the new manager's arrival the rules were that you could use any modem of your choiceThe MAC address of my personal router was entered into the system by park employees and has been used for over years prior to my service being disconnected. There was no park wide service failure due to the device as I have used park computers during that time that were working fineOn the day in question I was shown by the same manager that all of the units were working properly including mine with a few sites being in yellowThe manager said that while my numbers were also in the proper range of you added them together they would be out of range, which would hold true for every one else in the parkI explained to the manager that for some reason the MAC address of the device had been taken out of the system for some time and at the present time was unable to affect the internet as the device was not even connected to the park system.This device was unable to connect to the internet since SeptemberSecondly I was never informed of his new rule that you had to use only the park device if I had it.I would have unplugged the device since it no longer worked anyway. A few days later I was informed by letter that my internet service was no longer available to me, the only one in the park to have this done to themI have been unable to contact the manager's superior as requested. As you can see by their response they continue to insist that the device is connected when that has not been the case since September. Also they continue to charge for this service which they are no longer providing by their own admission since November.

The public site program is intended to introduce as many new families to our camping network to show them the overall benefits of membership camping. Guests typically become members after experiencing a [redacted] preserve. Most likely, you became a member after camping with us through one of our marketing programs. In the past, we offered new customers a complimentary stay at a preserve, and we hosted these marketing guests on a limited number of sites. At this time, we have elected to eliminate the complimentary stay option but continue to make sites available to the public for a fee. While these new customers are visiting a preserve, they will have the opportunity to purchase one of our new membership products. Regarding the annual site program, this program appeals to a number of our members who prefer to stay at one location for an extended period of time or are unable to travel and fully take advantage of their membership. We continue to monitor the number of annual sites allocated at each preserve.

I do except that they will stop the collections process but why did [redacted] pressure me into a payment plan with a deposit of 200.00 and then payments for 12 months. Like I stated I paid them almost 400.00. I would like a conformation statement with 0.00 balance and would be great to have 1 year of complementary camping at outdoor world resorts if I have a chance to visit the campgrounds. In the handbook, it states that tenants cannot tamper with cable equipment, or bypass connection with additional equipment. Our on site teams reviewed this with you in October, as well as through monthly notices thereafter. While we work hard to maintain strong cable service, intermittent outages do not excuse a tenant from paying rent, as stated in the handbook.
