Poor Management
I am 79 years old and have been here for 6 years. I have been gone the requested 2 weeks per year and many more weeks but spend the majority of my time in my home at the Creek. I am totally in the dark as to why I have to sell or move my tiny house when I have broken none of the rules. I have paid on time, I have been nice to the staff that I met over the years but they for some reason are not nice to me. There is no one who can tell me exactly why I am being evicted. I have my place up for sale but today got a notice that I have to move it out. When I had to fight them in court, it took every penny I had and now I do not get a lease because they want me out. I bother no one, my neighbors do not understand why I have to move, I help the elderly ones when they are sick. They tried to tell me that I live here and I guess that is true if you count the 90% that I am on the grounds. I won in court even with Brenda and Angela ganging up on me. I did not want to move out. I am too old to be going through this but I do not want to be where Angela has any control over the properties. She treats us like Title 8 properties. She makes up rules and has favorite people who live here 24/7 and she does not harass them. I think all this is because of my son visiting me and Bill complained about his truck. They tried to say that he lived here but he never has. He comes to visit his daughter, who is 13, and does stay with me by court order. The office knew that my granddaughter was here and that I could not take her back to Wilson. Brenda said to me "We will not put you out on the street". That was a lie because 2 weeks later, I got an eviction notice. I had done no wrong so I fought it and won in court. They lied about me, required me to get a property outside the park and still evicted me. They would not give me a lease for the upcoming year. Is that your rule or one they made up. If I were a young, loud,, up roaring person, I would not complain because I would deserve it but I do not deserve to be treated like your management here has treated me. I am thinking of suing Brenda and Angela for defaming my character when I can give you lots of people who will vouch for my good character. I never bother anyone and this is a big mistake. I have reported them to the BBB of NC. You should read the reviews. You need new management badly. It will not do me asny good at this point but I thought you should know what is going on. There are many people who have been singled out by Angela and Brenda but they are afraid to say anything because it would put them in the same predicament that I am in. You really need some oversight here. They are dictators and mean people. they are 2-faced, nice to your face and stab you in the back. I think you should tell them to leave me alone and let me stay and I think for my pain and suffering, I get a year free and can stay and they get fired. I am at Goose Creek RV and Resort and you would think they would want people who want to stay to stay.
