We recently had a leak in our inground pool This company was recommended to us & we were so happy with their customer service not only were they professional; they were respectful of our property They spent a great deal of time finding the source and after a clear explanation and estimated costs, we gave them the go ahead to repair I can't say enough about the quality work they providedThanks so much for looking after us & we would not hesitate to recommend their services Thx again naborhood pools !

I had this company out to my home and it worked for awhile. Then I started seeing mold and mildew again. So I called them once again. Now they had other recommendations. Not long after, the problem is occurring again. I am throwing good money after bad. Wished I had used another company from the start. Each suggestion was getting costlier and costlier.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Terrible customer service. I was not provided a time for an appointment as they were busy with calls for service, just that they would get to me when they were able. I was not even given an approximate time or day of arrival to be able to be home. A member of their staff attended my residence when I was not home. I did not receive any notification that the staff member would be attending my residence to service my pool. No service was done on my pool while the staff member was at the residence as there was no power. I was still billed for the service call despite not being given a notification they were attending my residence. I was advised that the onus is on the customer to specifically request being notified by the staff member prior to them attending the residence.
