Terrible customer serviceI was not provided a time for an appointment as they were busy with calls for service, just that they would get to me when they were ableI was not even given an approximate time or day of arrival to be able to be homeA member of their staff attended my residence when I was not homeI did not receive any notification that the staff member would be attending my residence to service my poolNo service was done on my pool while the staff member was at the residence as there was no powerI was still billed for the service call despite not being given a notification they were attending my residenceI was advised that the onus is on the customer to specifically request being notified by the staff member prior to them attending the residence
I had this company out to my home and it worked for awhileThen I started seeing mold and mildew againSo I called them once againNow they had other recommendationsNot long after, the problem is occurring againI am throwing good money after badWished I had used another company from the startEach suggestion was getting costlier and costlier DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
