Hello, Unfortunately the customers order was delivered to the billing address instead of her shipping address Every image we have on file of our customized robe is vinylWe do not falsely advertise that we embroider our productsThe first sentence on our product page for every single
robe says we use vinyl, which is just as costly as embroidering. To accommodate this concern, we have issued a full refund to ***, and hope that this alleviates any concern she may have had with her experience with Pretty RobesWe use this as an opportunity to learn so to not let this kind of issue occur again
