The worst I will put 0 stars they gave a quote now I'm paying more than $100 of my previous bill plus the utility bill. Whalen tru to get an answer came with excuses

Equity Solar was an excellent company. They helped save us 25% of our Electricity bill.
They do what they promise.

Company excuses to not cancel services and agreement.
On November 30 2017, two bunddlex sales rep knocked my door. They immediately mentioned ADT as it is the best thing to do since nobody knows bunddlex and that wouldn't get them many sales. They described great things about ADT's service and how convenient it would be for me to sign up with them. After over an hour of speaking with them me and my wife decided to sign up with ADT. They then mentioned it's a 3 year contract while showing us where to sign on the contract...and pretty much made it seem like it would be easy, no hassle to get any problem solve. Little did we know what we were getting into. After a few days of service we started having problems with the indoor camera. I called ADT and they sent a tech over to solve the issue. The issue with the camera was that it wasn't clear while recording at night, when the tech noticed he couldn't fix the camera he chose to replace it with a different one. To me it seem very odd that so soon I was noticing problems with the equipment and decided to call ADT and ask about cancelling. The rep informed me that I could cancel at no charge if its within the first 6 months and a tech comes to my home 3 times for the same issue, and that since the contract was done through bunddlex they would have to do the cancellation. Well I already had 3 techs sent to my home for camera issues and have called several times bunddlex to have my agreement canceled and they keep coming up with different rules every time I speak to someone. First I spoke with Joshua a supervisor who was professional while handling the call and informed me they couldn't cancel that only ADT would be able to cancel. I called ADT and they informed me that they were unable to cancel because the contract was done with bunddlex and after 3 months they can no longer do so. I called bunddlex again and asked to speak to Joshua he then says they could do it but that it had to be verified the times that the techs were sent to my home in order to proceed with the cancellation and once that was done a manager named Felix M would contact me with further information. He gave me a time window and said if I did not hear back by then to call his direct number. I never heard back from Felix and called Joshua's direct number twice with no answer. Then called the store number and asked the lady to get me on the line with Felix. After several minutes he answered my call. Everything this man said was new to me, beginning with saying that the 3 techs have to be sent by them (bunddlex) in order for the cancellation to proceed and that I would have to pay $25 to have his tech sent to my home. Plus that he "knows for sure that the camera has no problems and the problem is that too many people are connecting to wifi" absolutely absurd. It's only me and my wife at home and we both have unlimited data on our cellphones we don't even connect to wifi at home. This guy just kept saying nonsense to avoid cancelling. The conversation when on for over half and hour he kept saying how he knew for sure the camera had no issues and I said he can't assume something and to let the tech decide that after inspecting it. He then said that even if the tech comes and checks the camera if nothing happens to the camera at the time the tech is here that they still won't be cancelling. I mentioned several times that it's something that happens at times and the only option is to change the camera but they only have 2 different kinds and I already had them both. The camera was already replaced the very 1st time the tech was sent over. So am I supposed to pay monthly for a security system that was sporadically? I need a reliable system and I'm not satisfied with what they offered. He just doesn't seem to understand or perhaps just doesn't want to lose his commission. In the mean time, he already scheduled the tech for Tuesday May 1st 2018. There's more to this but only a few characters left. Hopefully we get this solved.

Desired Outcome

Cancelation of agreement since I'm still entitled to a no charge cancellation, being it has been less than 6 month of service and techs came to my home 3 times for the same problem. As those are the requirements for cancelation.

As we stated before our top priority is our customers. At Bunddlex we take pride in our services, and ADT is one of our primary partnerships

In Regards to this matter we have explained and provided you with the ADT process and policy regarding the 6 months guarantee. In Addition, we provided a detailed ADT contract with the specifics of the terms & agreement which the customer read and accepted.
In previous conversations with your wife, she express and I quote from the recording of the call "that she rather purchased the equipment herself because she finds our rates not ok in comparison with her getting the equipment herself".
On our 3rd visit to your home, our office manager and our technician could not find any issues or malfunctions with the equipment. Yet as a courtesy our office manager replaced the indoor camera. On a prior conversation with Mrs *** (wife) she express that she needed the three visits from the tech to submit a cancellation. However, in the last visit our office manager explained that we had found no issues with her system and if she wanted to cancel she could, but a penalty for the remaining months would apply. At the time the customer accepted our courtesy of replacing the indoor camera at no cost with a discounted charge for the technician visit of $25. In order to provide clarity before leaving the customers residence they were advised in detail on how the 6 month guarantee policy works.
