Sunday, August 5, 2018: Let it be known that my neighbors had a swimming pool built in their back yard recently In order for anyone to do their job whether it be the gas man, Ameren UE, Spectrum, etcetera, same has to access my back yard to put cable and other paraphernalia away in cylindrical cubicles which are housed in my back yard Now mind you, orange cable means "Telephone." No one phoned my residence, asked my neighbor, knocked on my door or anything in which to access my back yard
Saturday, On July 28, 2018, I discovered some *** had scaled my fence and had put the orange cable back into its cubicle! I know it was a Spectrum Contractor who did this Now, This is Trespassing which is clearly against the law in the State of Illinois I now tell the Contracting Company, Barry Contracting (the company that dispatched this contractor man to Irwin Street to lay cable for a swimming pool), that this man does not belong working for anyone Now, I warn everyone, if this man or anyone else dare scale my fence, I will file suit with all involved
Trespassing can be a civil offense as well as a criminal offense It is a flagrant violation of my privacy rights, homeowner rights and becomes a "Security Issue," for me to the extent I just purchased two Diamond Scale "No Trespassing, Private Property," signs for a total cost of $which I put on my Credit Card I shouldn't have had to do this! This type of criminal action on behalf of the contractor who scaled my fence indicates to me that he is a MN and in no way does he do anything for Barry Contracting except give same a bad name and a bad review
How could you hire such an MN!!!!!!
By the way, not only did this MN scale my fence and risk tearing his testicles out by the roots, he did a horrible job of laying out the orange cable for my neighbors whom are highly pissed about such hap-hazard work and the many short-cuts the guy took!
This man needs to be fired!
