Review: Er propane took over the company I have been buying propane from for 10 years. The old company was [redacted] propane in sonora. It was run by a man named [redacted]. [redacted] still works for er energy. I gave a 500.00 pre buy deposit to [redacted] years ago. In return for the deposit I was given a discount on propane . The deposit was always there. I had propane delivered after I was aware the company had been taken over. My bill was 421.25 dollars. When they sent the bill I told them to take the monney out of the deposit which is on their books because I had their secretary in Sonora check. they are trying to say [redacted] , who still works for this company has the money and they don.t.I have contacted all three of their offices to no avail. They still owe me 78.78 dollars and I want my money. When a company is taken over the new owners are still resposile for what ever is on the books. I have all receipts that show that I am a member of the A club. People that prebought the propane. I do not have a contract to buy propane from er enrgy nor will I. I want my money and when my tank is empty I plan on getting a new propane company. One that can be trusted. [redacted] should be in jail for what he has done. I also left a message for [redacted] at their Ukiah office. I received no replyDesired Settlement: Send me my money and quit billing me.

The funds in questions that Mr. [redacted] is disputing were funds that had been taken in January 2009 as a security deposit absorbed by [redacted], owner [redacted] for an offer of a discounted price on fuel for the lifetime of the account with [redacted]. According to our records and customer file there was no contract drawn up nor was there any other agreement disclosing the terms in which those funds would be returned to the customer. Per all communications regarding this dispute the agreement was disclosed verbally with Mr. [redacted] and the terms of the agreement along with the fuel purchased under this agreement was afforded through the company [redacted]. Through process and discovery ER Energy had not received these funds at any given time nor was it a part of the assets or aging report disclosed at the time of acquisition. ER Energy understands the hardship for all parties involved and regretfully could not pay for [redacted]'s private business transactions. ER Energy has made efforts to inform Mr. [redacted] of the matter concerning Robert [redacted] and we have provided Mr. [redacted] with the proper contact numbers for Mr. [redacted] to work their differences.

We acquired [redacted] from a credit debit in January of 2014, we did not buy [redacted] nor did we receive the 500.00 dollar deposit that Mr. [redacted] paid to [redacted] in January 2009, after ER Energy acquired [redacted] we made a delivery to Mr. [redacted] at [redacted] on January 30th 2014 which left a balance on the account of $421.25 Mr. [redacted] wanted us to take the balance owed on account from the $500.00 dollar deposit that was given to [redacted], ER Energy did not receive the 500.00 dollar deposit when we acquired [redacted].ER Energy understands the hardship for all parties involved and regretfully could not pay for [redacted]'s business transactions In an effort to resolve this matter, ER Energy is going to remove the balance owed from Mr. [redacted] of $421.25 and leave his account with a zero balance. Mr. [redacted] will no longer receive a statement from ER Energy. The previous owner of [redacted] ([redacted]) is no longer employed with ER Energy.
