E&R Heating & Air Conditioning

Review: We ordered and installed an air conditioning / heating unit from them last summer. In May they came out to service the unit and fix a leak. The leak was not fully fixed and reappeared in early July. We contacted the company, they came out to look at the unit, said they would be back the following week to fix it for no additional charge (as the unit was new and we had already had it serviced that year). They did not return for their scheduled appointment and have not responded to over 20 phone calls and emails since their failure to show back in July.Desired Settlement: Our desired outcome is that they would come back to our office in a timely manner and fix the air conditioning/heating unit without additional charge.
