Review: I purchased a used car from this dealership 13 days ago. A week ago I noticed a liquid leaking from beneath the car. I took it to my mechanic to thoroughly inspected the car and told me that just to get the car safely roadworthy would cost $3300. I only paid $2500 for the car. There is no way that the leaks and problems my mechanic identified were unknown to the dealer. My mechanic said that the front brake pads were installed on undersized rotors, in addition to twenty other serious issues. I have been calling and emailing the dealer for days now and have not gotten even a courtesy call in return. I just want to sell the car back to them, which they said they would do if I ever wanted to return it. I purchased this car in good faith and with the expectation that the car was safe to drive. I would be happy to pay more for a car that I can actually drive!

Customer complaint in question was dealt with prior of her contacting the Revdex.com.

We explained to customer that the vehicle was being sold AS-IS before she purchased the vehicle. Customer took the car for a test drive and to check make sure everything is ok with the vehicle. Customer had the opportunity to take the car to the mechanic of her choice before purchasing the vehicle, but customer said it was not necessary and she bought the car.

A week later customer returned with a complaint of the car leaking oil. Although we are not liable to do any after purchase repair, we took the car back from the customer and we agreed to do some repairs to the car such as changing the front axels, oil pan gasket leak, transmission service and fix the transmission leak. We fixed those issues based on the agreement we made with the customer and customer was very happy and satisfied at the end when she picked the car up.
