Excellent work, replaced our concrete driveway in one day and did an outstanding job. Price was way below other estimates, went above and beyond to make sure job was done right.

We hired We Do Concrete Cheap, owned and run by [redacted], to make our slab in the back yard larger, like a patio. The crew had it about completed within 3 days. On the last day [redacted] asked my husband for the balance of the cost and said they'd be back to cut off the chunks of spill over along the sides of the concrete. They didn't have the equipment (cutter) with them that day. That was three months ago. I've been calling and leaving messages at least one a week till about a week ago. I have not heard back from [redacted]. We had issues from the beginning of this job. The color was wrong and [redacted] had to hire another company to come fix the color. The height at one end is much higher than we were expecting. Originally [redacted] had told me and my dad that he would be removing a lot of the slab before pouring the concrete. He poured the concrete on top of the slab. Now it looks like I'll have to hire someone else to come take care of cutting the chunks and smoothing all three sides so the painter can come back and finish the paint job. The color we have now is 100% beter than what [redacted]'s company did with the color and top layer of shading.Desired SettlementWe would like [redacted] to send one of his guys to come cut the chunks, extra concrete, and smooth out all three sides of the patio so the painter can come finish the painting.Business Response Fact 1: We poured the job. Fact 2: We were paid in full the other half of the agreed upon price the day it was sealed. Which was approximately 5 days after it was poured and After a "walk around" was done with her and her husband. Fact 3: [redacted] called several days later and stated she didn't like the color, after we were PAID IN FULL AND SHE AND HER HUSBAND REVIEWED THE JOB WITH ME PERSONALLY. Fact 4: Within 2 weeks of pouring the job and our conversation. I called in a Factory Rep., from Inno-tech to come in and fix her problemFact 4: I paid OVER $1,000.00 to change the color she didn't likeFact 5: Upon receiving this complaint, I sent one of my Crew Leaders over to [redacted]'s house to fix whatever issue they may now have. Fact 6: To the best of my knowledge and that of my Crew Leader there is absolutely nothing wrong with [redacted]'s patio. Once again the job was "walked around" with her husband and according to my Crew Leader and Managing Partner in this business everything is fine, as of FridayFeb 5, 2016.Fact7: We have poured 2286 residential concrete jobs without a complaint. [redacted] Fact 8: I have run a successful, thriving business through the second worst financial collapse in US History by word of mouth and we continue today to meet or exceed the expectations of our clients daily.Fact 9: The issue has been solved and per my conversation with my factory rep. Who which by the way understood what I was dealing with and jumped right in to help. Fortunatley, they did business with individuals who were personally and professionally vested in customer service. Otherwise non of this would have resolution. Fact 10: We are 100% done the first day the temperature is 50 degrees and rising. That will be the day [redacted] has the Rep come back out and touch up the color on the side of her patio that will be eventually covered with dirt. As is the case with 99.9% of patios and concrete in America. Which was explained to both [redacted] and her husband.Fact 11: I wanted to reiterate the point that because this complaint is without merit and wildly inaccurate, [redacted] agreed to remove and forget this issue. Primarily I am guessing because that is the right thing to do. And because of OUR outstanding reputation within the communities WE SERVE.Consumer Response I want to state that I was out of town when they finished the job. There was no walk around with us when the job was finished. As for the color, when I returned home and saw it I called [redacted] and told him I didn't see any red it was pink. I had picked out a dark red to match the bricks on the house. When he saw it he said it wasn't right. This is being taken care of. Friday the 5th someone was finally sent out to cut the huge chunks of concrete off the edges. Thank you for the help in getting this taken care of.Final Consumer Response
