We replaced the hot water faucet and reconnected the washer and checked for leaks as well as had the Husband check to make sure there was no leak - we will not consider responsibility for any damage

"line-height: 19px">Regards,
I am rejecting this response because his claim avoids the situation that occurred The drain hose was not put back into place and there was no inspection after completion of the job as if an inspection would have been done the issue would have not occurred

ER-Rooter of Jacksonville, FL came to my house to evaluate an issue with my water heater. They were contracted by a warranty company. Upon advising that the water heater needed to be replaced, they provided a handwritten list of 'required' parts and charges they said were needed to complete the job (approximately $1,000 worth of parts). I had to approve this list on the spot for the claim to be processed. The list included things like a small PVC ball valve for $200, dielectric unions on PVC pipes for $150 (unnecessary since pipes were not copper or steel), plumbing work for $250 for a 12 inches line of pipe, etc. They overcharged service and lied on the work to be performed. I did not trust them and rejected their proposal.
