I called Several times and talk to *** , and he stated that I have a balance of 24,000 which is incorrect the balance on the Truck is about 13K now I am given a different balance as if the balance increase I am also told the Contract has over 64 payments which I have not release is incorrect, I am in agreement to payout the 9k balance to them but I don't feel I owe another 15K them seem to have double on the balance of the truck making it costing me double for me to get the title of the Truck I think I was rip off and need to have this clear for me I sign off and gave a down payment of 12K

we apologise for not replying earlier, we did not receive the first notice.
We have been in contact with the customer for quite some time now we have provided the customer with his signed contract stating the
term of the agreement. We have been very clear about what is owed on the loan.
we have been trying to contact the customer, but have not been successful.

We have actually met with them on 3/18/19 in Miami at there office asking about the loan status they told us to contact Revdex.com and stop the claim I want this matter resolve before I decide further action they are theif they lie to people to give them a loan and now told me that they would contact the bank and tell them I don't want the truck that is false I want the over charges removed, we can also setup a conference call in Spanish with them

Brought dump truck from ER ,got to N.C. it ran for 4 days before breaking down. Took to International dealer and told that truck is illegal
Purchased truck in March of 2018. It was an 2011International Pro-star. Purchased from *** who was good to deal with but once I got the truck to N.C. after 4 days of running for Sunrock the truck broke down. Took vehicle to International dealer who advised that truck was illegal and they would not work on vehicle due to computer being deleted. Took truck to multiple vendors who would repair vehicle and it would run for a day or two and then break down. Advised ER of the issue from day one about the truck being illegal and they claimed no knowledge of the issue. Of the 90days that I had the vehicle it was available for work only 19 days and cost me my contract with Sunrock. I paid 27,000 down to ER Truck and put another 17,000 into repairs and the truck never ran for more than 4 days in a row after the initial 4 days after it arrived in NC. Asked ER for another truck and was denied and asked for my money back and was denied. Was told by owner Franco that the finance company would not refund money but his company was the the finance company. I feel as though I was sold an illegal truck and should be refunded my money
I would like to get my full down payment back.
We are a licensed dealer and have been in business for over 20 years. All of our units are sold AS IS, WHERE IS as stated in all contracts where buyers are aware of this and asked to sign on every page of contract. Documentation for this matter is available upon request.

The truck in question was illegal from the day it was sold to me and was not disclosed to me before purchase. The truck was not legally road worthy and no dealer would work on it which meant the truck had major faults that deemed it illegal. I communicated this information to the owner who stated that at one point he would try to see if he could give me my money back or another truck and to this date neither have happened. I am asking for at least 15k back to settle this issue since the truck was illegal and should not have been able to be sold.

We have been dealing with Saleman *** since June 7th, 2018. My husband inquired about a truck it had an engine our finance company wouldn't touch. My husband then found another one and *** was quick to sell him that one. Online it shows the vin and the mileage of 408,500k for a 2007 International 8600 Single Axle. Stock #4908. Have messages of what it had and mileage once again! Well the truck got painted as we were told if we wanted it black they can do it for 1200. and a hitch of 800 we did it. Well here we are going to be out 2K for something they messed up on! Oscar did not do his DUE DILIGENCE as a Salesman! Totally DISGUSTED with his Attitude and trying to tell me it was my fault for not checking the mileage myself? Seriously? He sent us the information on it!!! This company is SHADY! FRANCO was NO BETTER!!
